New Year, New Me

I love making New Year’s resolutions. It’s like a daydream of who I could become in the next 365–366 days if I put in the work and make a plan and develop strategies and routines and build habits and all that.

But also, even if I don’t do any of that, it’s a reminder of who I think my best self might be. A year later, am I that self? Probably not entirely…
